Is an artist based in the Bay Area of California. She is half Palestinian and half Irish American, two identities on which she draws inspiration from to create fiber art. Dugan attained a Bachelors in Art History from San Francisco State University in 2022. She is currently in an MFA program at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
